Etrading Software appoints new Chief Data Strategy Officer

Andy Rogers will lead on data strategy, partnerships and distribution, with a particular focus on the Consolidated Tape (CT).

09 March 2026 — Etrading Software (ETS) today announces the appointment of Andy Rogers as Chief Data Strategy Officer. 

Andy initially joined ETS in 2024 as a strategic advisor to the executive team, assisting with data strategy, partnerships and commercial execution. In his new leadership role Andy will help to drive the firm’s data strategy and strategic growth agenda.

Commercial Vision & Strategic Execution

With nearly 30 years’ experience in financial markets, Andy brings deep expertise across operations, product, business development and commercial strategy, with particular strength in pre- and post-trade data.

Andy held senior roles as Managing Director at IHS Markit and S&P Global, where he led partnership strategy and execution across data, valuations, and analytics, working closely with strategic accounts and the fintech ecosystem. He has extensive experience in pricing, valuations and reference data, and a strong track record of scaling global commercial teams and executing distribution strategies. Most recently, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at PEER DATA Inc.

Andy has also served in board and advisory capacities, advising fintech and data-driven businesses on strategy, market positioning and revenue growth.

As Chief Data Strategy Officer, Andy will drive the expansion of ETS’s strategic partnerships across ETS Connect UK and the wider ETS group.
