11 March 2026 — ETS Connect UK held its first Consultative Committee meeting this week, marking an important step in the collaborative development of the UK bond Consolidated Tape (CT).
The Committee brings together representatives from across the market to provide input on the development and implementation of the UK bond CT, supporting transparency and ensuring the service reflects the needs of market participants.
The majority of the draft documentation supporting the UK bond CT framework, including user contracts and all contributor documentation, was published on or before 2 February 2026 to provide early visibility to market participants preparing to connect to and participate in the service.
Two additional technical documents relating to user connectivity were subsequently published on 3 March 2026, providing further detail on technical specifications and rules of engagement for users.
During this week’s meeting, Committee members reviewed the documentation and provided feedback as part of the ongoing governance process for finalisation of the documentation.
